The cocktail list covers the classics: Mojito and its variations, Mai Tai, Piña colada, Caipirinha, Moscow Mule, or a chilled Aperol, Hugo or Campari spritz.
Alcohol-free drinkers are just as spoilt — Virgin mojito, Virgin spritz, Virgin piña colada. As for wine, the selection puts Corsican estates centre stage, from an Aghione white to a Calvi rosé, with cuvées from the nearby Ventoux too.

From Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage; on Friday the DJ carries the night on. Music is the house signature — not a background playlist, but a genuine happening. At weekends we open all day and the bar comes alive as evening falls.
