Virgin Mojito
Fresh mint, lime and cane sugar, as classic, passion, red berries or coconut.

Alcohol-free cocktails · L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
At Via Notte, no one toasts with a compromise. Mocktails are built at the shaker like the rest — pressed fruit, house syrups, crushed ice — so nobody is left out when night falls over esplanade Robert Vasse.

The house touch
A Via Notte mocktail is no disguised soda: it is assembled to order, pressed citrus and bruised mint included. The “homemade” claim that runs through the whole menu holds at the bar too, with or without alcohol.
Designated driver, mum-to-be, a break in the evening or simply a craving for something fresh: everyone leaves with a proper glass, served well iced on the esplanade, to the beat of the live set.
Not a drop of alcohol
Three signatures, the same standard as the shaker. Fresh fruit, crushed ice, and nothing else.
Fresh mint, lime and cane sugar, as classic, passion, red berries or coconut.
The bitter tension of a spritz without alcohol, long and sparkling, served over ice.
Whipped pineapple and coconut, creamy and iced — a holiday feel all year round.

When the music takes over
From Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage; on Friday the DJ carries the night on. The mocktail is enjoyed to the same beat as everything else — the signature of a music bar built for the night, not just another restaurant. At weekends we open all day and the bar comes alive as evening falls.
