House cocktails · L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
At Via Notte, a cocktail never comes out of a bottle: it is built at the shaker, in front of you, as soon as night falls over esplanade Robert Vasse. Fresh fruit, house syrups, crushed ice — the spirit of a Corsican music bar, chic and confidential.

The house touch
Nothing is prepared in advance. Every glass is assembled the moment it is served: pressed citrus, bruised mint, crushed ice on the spot. This is the meaning Via Notte gives to “homemade” — right through the menu, from the fries to the sauces and the anchoïade.
Behind the counter, the team mixes and adjusts to taste: softer, stronger, more iced. The cocktail follows the mood of the evening, not the other way around.
The cocktail list
On the rum side, the Mojito comes as classic, passion, red berries or coconut, joined by the Mai Tai, Piña colada, Caipirinha and Cuba libre. Mule lovers pick between Moscow, Mexican, London or Jamaican.
For the apéritif, the spritz reigns: Aperol, Campari, Hugo, Limoncello or Capo, served chilled on the esplanade. The wine selection puts Corsican estates centre stage — from an Aghione white to a Calvi rosé, with cuvées from the nearby Ventoux too.

Not a drop of alcohol
Same care, same freshness, zero alcohol. Nobody is left out at Via Notte.
Fresh mint, lime and cane sugar, as classic, passion, red berries or coconut.
The bitter tension of a spritz without alcohol, long and sparkling, served over ice.
Whipped pineapple and coconut, creamy and iced — a holiday feel all year round.

When the music takes over
From Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage; on Friday the DJ carries the night on. The cocktail is enjoyed to the beat of the live set — the signature of a bar built for the night, not just another restaurant. At weekends we open all day and the bar comes alive as evening falls.

Good to know
Yes. Every cocktail is built to order, with fresh fruit and house syrups. “Homemade” is a Via Notte claim, from the food menu to the bar.
At 12 esplanade Robert Vasse, in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (84800), right in the centre. Not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio: this is the local music bar.
Of course: virgin mojito, virgin spritz, virgin piña colada, made with the same care as the alcoholic cocktails.
For a drink at the counter, no. For a table in the evening or on the terrace, especially on a live night, booking is recommended — seconds online, or a quick phone call.
