The house
The table serves the mood
Via Notte opened in 2026 on the esplanade Robert Vasse. A live music bar first, with Corsican cooking to go with it — cured meats and cheeses from the island, island wines, sharing boards served late.
The fries, the sauces, the anchoïade and the aïoli are all made in house. The fruit and vegetables come from the local market gardener.

- Prisuttu, coppa, lonzo, brocciu, tomme du maquis. Most of the menu comes from the island.

- Bands, not a playlist. A different line-up from Wednesday to Friday, and a DJ to carry the night on.

- The esplanade, the terrace open until 11 pm, and the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue night just behind.

Here the table serves the mood. From Tuesday to Saturday, the night takes over. At the weekend we open from 10 am, without a break.

Bands, not a playlist. The live music bar of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue hosts its line-ups from Tuesday to Friday, and carries the night on at the decks.
