Cocktails made to order
Mojito and its variations, Mai Tai, Piña colada, Caipirinha, Moscow Mule — shaken and served chilled from the very first round.

Apéro · L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
From 6 pm, Tuesday to Friday, Via Notte kicks off apéro hour on esplanade Robert Vasse: a cocktail made to order, a Corsican board in the middle of the table and a band on stage. The local music bar where the pre-dinner drink turns into a real night out.

The spirit of the place
Here, apéro is never rushed: it settles in. You walk in early in the evening, meet friends at the counter or on the terrace, and the pre-dinner hour stretches out before you notice — a chilled drink, the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue night getting started.
Via Notte is not just another restaurant: it is a music bar, built for that exact moment when the day tips over. The atmosphere comes before the plate — which is precisely what you want for apéro with friends, right in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
At the bar
Mojito and its variations, Mai Tai, Piña colada, Caipirinha, Moscow Mule — shaken and served chilled from the very first round.
Aperol, Hugo or Campari spritz, and a selection of island wines from an Aghione white to a Calvi rosé, with cuvées from the nearby Ventoux too.
Virgin mojito, virgin spritz, virgin piña colada: a full alcohol-free list, so no one is left out of the toast.
To share
Apéro plays out around sharing boards: Corsican charcuterie — Prisuttu, Coppa, Lonzo — maquis cheeses, homemade anchoïade and aïoli. You pick, you clink glasses, you put the world to rights.
Most of the menu is built on Corsican produce, rounded out with fruit and vegetables from the local grower. Homemade runs right down to the fries and the sauces — enough to see you through until the band takes the stage.

From 6 pm
This is the shift that defines the house: from Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage and on Friday the DJ carries the night on. Apéro doesn't end at the first round — it slides into the live set, the dance floor and the terrace open until 11 pm, with the evening running to 12:30 am.

Good to know
At 12 esplanade Robert Vasse, right in the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (84800). Via Notte is the local music bar — not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio.
From 6 pm, Tuesday to Friday. Tuesday launches the week with an afterwork and on the other evenings the music bar comes alive right after. At weekends the all-day service leaves time to settle in before the bar comes alive in the evening.
For a drink at the counter, no. For a table on the terrace or with several people, especially on a live night, booking is recommended: it takes seconds online, or a quick phone call.
Yes. A full mocktail list sits alongside the cocktails — virgin mojito, virgin spritz, virgin piña colada — plus soft drinks and hot drinks, so everyone finds their glass.
Of course. Via Notte hosts apéro with friends and team afterworks alike. For a large group or a private hire, describe your event through the dedicated form and the team will get back to you.
The terrace stays open until 11 pm and the evening runs on inside until 12:30 am, from Tuesday to Saturday. So apéro can easily turn into a real night out.
