The Corsican table of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue

On esplanade Robert Vasse, Via Notte puts Corsica on the plate: island charcuterie, maquis cheeses, generous boards and homemade grills, to share as the evening unfolds, in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

The Corsican spirit

Island cooking, made to share

Here, Corsica isn't a backdrop: it's the menu. Prisuttu, coppa, lonzu and country saucisson, ewe's-milk tomme and brocciu, anchoïade or charcuterie boards — most of what we serve comes from the island, built to be shared among friends.

Homemade is a stance, not a slogan: fresh chips, sauces, anchoïade and aïoli are all made in the kitchen. Fruit and vegetables come from the local grower — the short supply chain, without making a speech of it.

At the table

Boards, grills & homemade

Start with a sharing board — charcuterie, Corsican cheeses or mixed — then come the grills: rib steak served with homemade chips, grilled figatellu, or the trios of mini-burgers with lonzu and maquis tomme.

Tapas whet the appetite, salads lighten things up, and the evening's sweet plate rounds off the meal with fresh fruit. Fuss-free, generous cooking that carries the evening without ever overwhelming it.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Via Notte Corsican restaurant in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue?

At 12 esplanade Robert Vasse, right in the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (84800). Not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio: this is the local Corsican table and music bar.

What does Corsican cooking mean at Via Notte?

A menu of island produce: charcuterie (prisuttu, coppa, lonzu), maquis cheeses and brocciu, sharing boards, grills such as figatellu and rib steak, all homemade. Most of what we serve comes from the island.

Can I come just for dinner?

Of course. Via Notte is as much a table as a music bar: come for a real Corsican meal to share, then carry the evening on with a drink and the music. The food and the atmosphere go together.

Do I need to book a table?

For dinner in the evening or on the terrace, especially on a live night, booking is recommended. It takes seconds online, or a quick phone call.

Are there meat-free options?

Yes: a crunchy-vegetable anchoïade board, a tomato-burrata salad, a Corsican cheese board. Enough to build a meat-free meal around maquis produce.

How late is dinner served?

The terrace stays open until 11 pm and service runs inside until 12:30 am, from Tuesday to Saturday. At weekends we open all day.
