Start with a board — country charcuterie, maquis cheeses or mixed — then come the grills: rib steak served with homemade chips, grilled figatellu, trios of mini-burgers with lonzu and tomme. Homemade is a stance here, not a slogan.

People come from all over the town, from the Luberon and from the Vaucluse — locals and passing visitors alike. Not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio: this is the local music bar.
