A homemade restaurant in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
At Via Notte the food is made in-house, not elsewhere: fries, sauces, anchoïade and aïoli are all homemade, and Corsican produce and greengrocer vegetables do the rest. A warm sharing table on esplanade Robert Vasse.

Homemade
What leaves our kitchen, we make ourselves
Homemade isn't a line on a board: it's how Via Notte works. Fries are cut and cooked on site, sauces whisked here, anchoïade and aïoli made in-house to go with the platters of crunchy vegetables.
The result is honest, generous cooking where you taste the real thing. Nothing frozen crosses the pass — we own a simple menu, but one held together from start to finish by the house.
Corsica on the plate
Corsican produce & the local greengrocer
Most of the menu rests on Corsican produce: island charcuterie — Prisuttu, Coppa, Lonzo —, maquis cheeses and estate wines. They come on sharing boards, cut for the evening.
The rest comes from nearby: fruit and vegetables bought from the greengrocer, on a short supply chain. Grills, Corsican burgers and salads round out a table built to serve the mood, never to steal the show.
