Grills in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue

On esplanade Robert Vasse, Via Notte grills its meats to order: rib of beef, Corsican figatellu, salmon fillet, all served with homemade fries and sauces. The local music bar, where the grill is shared just as the evening comes alive.

The spirit of the place

The grill, to the beat of live music

Via Notte is not just another restaurant: it is a Corsican music bar where the meats are grilled the way an evening is prepared. You arrive from 6 pm, Tuesday to Friday, share a piece off the grill as the music rises, and the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue night settles in.

The rib of beef, generous and served rare for those who ask, comes with homemade fries and a cheese sauce. Here the grill isn't just another plate: it's a moment — the one when the table tips over into the night.

On the grill

The cuts that make the house

The rib of beef opens the show, but the menu gives pride of place to the island: grilled Corsican figatellu, set on crusty bread with fries and cheese sauce, and a salmon fillet lifted with a sauce vierge for those who prefer the sea.

Everything is homemade — fresh fries, sauces, anchoïade and aïoli — and short-circuit sourcing brings fruit and veg from the nearby market gardener. You grill, you share, you clink glasses: Corsican charcuterie and wines are never far off.

From 6 pm

A grill, then the stage

It's the house signature: the grill runs on into the evening. From Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage and on Friday the DJ takes over; the terrace runs until 11 pm and the room until 12:30 am. You dine on a piece off the grill, you stay for the live set — the grill and the night belong together.

To share

The long table, the cut in the middle

A grill is best enjoyed together. You gather the group around a long table, the piece off the grill in the middle, fries and Corsican boards going round, and you take your time — the atmosphere comes before the plate, exactly what you want on a weeknight.

For a birthday or an evening with colleagues, we're happy to build the table around a programme date: the grill first, the live set after.

Do I need to book to come for dinner?

For a table with several people, especially on a live night, booking is recommended: it takes seconds online, or a quick phone call. For a drink at the counter, no booking is needed.

Of course. The long table gathers the group around a piece off the grill and sharing boards. For a birthday or a corporate evening, describe your event through the private-events form.
