Live music in the Vaucluse
From Tuesday to Friday, bands take the stage from 6 pm and on Friday the DJ takes over. On esplanade Robert Vasse, in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Via Notte makes live music the heart of the evening — the place to go across the Vaucluse, from the Luberon to Avignon.

The spirit of the place
Music first, the table after
The Vaucluse has no shortage of tables, but few truly embrace live music. Via Notte is built for it: a music bar where you come for the stage as much as for the drink — a band playing, the room filling up, the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue night rising song by song.
Every week, bands take turns on esplanade Robert Vasse, in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue — minutes from Avignon and at the gateway to the Luberon. Not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio: here, the live music is local, discreet and festive.
On stage
Live bands and a DJ set
From Tuesday to Friday, the music is live: bands play in the evening, and on Friday the DJ takes over the decks. Tuesday opens the week with an afterwork, Wednesday and Thursday it's a concert, and on Friday the live set slides into a DJ set and the dance floor.
The line-up is on its dedicated page, updated as the nights go by. We're happy to build a birthday or a private hire around a live date — the table first, the stage after, wherever you come from across the Vaucluse.

Deep into the night
Live music until 12:30 am
The music doesn't end at the first round: the terrace stays open until 11 pm, the room takes over and the evening runs to 12:30 am, from Tuesday to Saturday. Cocktails made to order, Corsican boards to share and music that never drops — the Vaucluse night has found its stage, on the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue esplanade.

At 12 esplanade Robert Vasse, in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (84800), right in the centre — minutes from Avignon and at the gateway to the Luberon. Via Notte is the local music bar, not to be confused with the club of the same name in Porto-Vecchio.
Which nights is there live music at Via Notte?
Tuesday to Friday. Tuesday opens the week with an afterwork, on Wednesday and Thursday bands take the stage, and on Friday the live set slides into a DJ set. The music starts from 6 pm.
Is there a DJ as well as live bands?
Yes. Bands play in the evening from Tuesday to Friday, and on Friday the DJ takes over the decks to carry the night on across the dance floor. Live and DJ set coexist, all year round.
Do I need to book on a live night?
For a drink at the counter, no. For a table with several people, especially on a live music night, booking is recommended: it takes seconds online, or a quick phone call.
Which Vaucluse towns do people come from?
From everywhere: Avignon, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Le Thor, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Gordes and the whole Luberon. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is central and easy to reach, which makes it a natural gathering point for the region's nights out.
